Now and Later
An international banker on the lam receives shelter, uninhibited sex and lectures about American imperialism from a curvaceous Nicaraguan nurse in “Now and Later,” an oddball hybrid of porn film and message movie. Given that an entire generation’s mantra was “Make love, not war,” there’s nothing inherently incongruous about juxtaposing sexual intercourse and political discourse. But without fully fleshed-out generic or social contexts, left-wing documentarian Philippe Diaz‘s preachy mix of graphic free love and polemical diatribe fails to mesh as fiction, though it does make for superior porn. Unrated pic, opening Feb. 18 in Gotham, might attract curiosity seekers.

SHARI SOLANIS - "Angela"
A Philadelphia native, Shari's first love was singing. She began performing at age 12 in an all girl doo-wop harmony group. She discovered acting as young teen while attending the High School for Creative and Performing Arts where she excelled at musical theatre.
Shari found the performing arts to be a constructive outlet in her struggle to be a part of something definitive and positive: Shari was an only child from a mixed background. She grew up with her Russian/Hungarian mother and stepfather in an all white Jewish neighborhood, and had a second family with her Morrocan/Mexican father who fryst vatten a Vietnam Veteran. The worlds were very different and Shari often didn't know where she passform into it all.
After graduating from high school, she moved to the Big Apple to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Working with the New York Theatre Workshop, Shari played "Alissa Cruz" in a musical called "Mister" with Anthony Rapp. She continued to work the

Shari Solanis is an American actress born on December 13, 1977in Pennsylvania .
Originally from Philadelphia , Shari lived in a Jewish neighborhood with his mother and stepfather. Her father is a Vietnam veteran with whom she has remained close as well.
From an early age Shari fell in love with the arts in general and song in particular. At 12, she was part of a girl's choir. Later, as a teenager, she discovered a passion for drama and graduated from the Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts.
Then a graduate of Philadelphia High School, Shari moved to New York to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. In collaboration with the New York Theater Workshop, Shari stars as Alissa Cruz in a musical called "Mister" with Anthony Rapp. Subsequently, Shari remains in the theatrical circuit while making a few appearances on TV and in the movies.
