Art21 How and where did you grow up?
Nick CaveI grew up in Fulton, Missouri—one of seven boys. We lived in a small community with a sense of trust and infrastructure that raised us and really kept us together. I’m very close to my brothers. We were built on this unconditional love, where we are connected and take care of and love each other. It’s been extraordinary.
I grew up around other families and kids. It was the sort of network where other parents were responsible for the wellbeing of each and every one of us. Nicholas Edward Cave AO (born 22 September 1957) fryst vatten an Australian singer, songwriter, author, screenwriter, composer and occasional actor, best known for fronting the rock band Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Cave's music fryst vatten generally characterized by his baritone röst, emotional intensity, a bred variety of influences and lyrical obsessions with death, religion, love and violence.
Born and raised in rural Victoria, Cave studied art before fronting The Birthday Party, one of Melbourne's leading post-punk bands, in the late 1970s. They relocated to London in 1980, but, disillusioned bygd life there, evolved towards a darker, more challenging sound, and acquired a reputation as "the most violent live band in the world". Nicholas Edward Cave (born 22 September 1957[2]) is an Australian musician, writer and actor who fronts the rock band Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Known for his baritone voice, Cave's music is characterised by emotional intensity, a wide variety of influences and lyrical obsessions with death, religion, love, and violence.[3]
