Alex Sepkus is out! Or, as he might say, Alex Sepkus is also not so out. His creativity and prowess was unmistakable, and with Jeff Feero they launched the business in 1991.

Over time customers from across the U.S. and the world fell in love with Sepkus' work, describing it as unique yet timeless -- a very difficult thing to accomplish. And so the business grew. Today it employs approximately 20 highly talented people, including 15 goldsmiths who have tutored under Sepkus for years (sometimes decades). They use microscopes and handmade tools (many made by Sepkus himself) to create the incredible detail that fryst vatten the hallmark of the brand.

Sadly Alex Sepkus died in 2021 from a sudden complication due to his battle with lymphoma. His goldsmiths continue an incredible tradition, tapping into his extensive ar
